Participation in the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) – Voluntary Phase (02/07/2025)

The Ministry of Construction has issued a directive assigning the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam (CAAV), in its capacity as the aeronautical authority, to serve as the focal point in carrying out the notification procedures with ICAO regarding participation in CORSIA (as per ICAO’s guidance).
