In a recent announcement, Skytrax has honored Viet Nam’s two airports amongst its world’s Tops 100 Airports for 2024, namely Noi Bai International Airport and Da Nang International Airport. Notably, Noi Bai International Airport officially marks its 6th time presence in the "The World’s Best Airports".
Skytrax’s ranking collects opinions from millions of air travellers from more than 100 countries on a series of specific criteria about service quality at international passenger terminals, convenience, comfort, language ability, carring attitude, etc.

Noi Bai and Da Nang International Airports have continuously strived to improve service quality to serve passengers with many important initiatives. For example, Noi Bai International Airport has implemented at the port: Airport Collaborative Decision Making(A-CDM) together with enhanced IT solutions to solve resource overload due to growing passengers at the two terminals; requiring forceful commitments from non-aviation businesses and transportation companies to ensure high service quality, with strict penalty in case of violations; maintaining channels for receiving passenger feedback; reviewing and adding utilities and services such as: phone charging, free wifi, children play ground, baby care area; ensuring infrastructure for the disabled. Noi Bai Airport is always instilling caring attitude into its frontline employees.

Da Nang International Airport is also making a continuous effort in improving its infrastructure, introducing a series of utilities, improving service quality and staff training to enhance passenger experience.
Viet Nam’s Airports always place an importance on Vietnamese culture, having invested to promote the local identity through architectual and decorative elements, also incorporating traditional elements into art performances such as the "Heritage Road" program, etc.
Earlier, on January 1, the international terminal at Da Nang International Airport became the first and only terminal in Vietnam to receive a 5-star rating from Skytrax, after tireless efforts in improving facilities and enhancing passenger experience.
According to Skytrax, the utilities was highly rated based on its business class lounge, baby stroller, children playground, mother and baby room, shopping trolley, prayer room, self-service check-in counter, self-service baggage drop, automatic immigration and automatic departure gate.
