Letter of Condolence from the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam, Uông Việt Dũng, following recent Plane Crashes in the U.S.

Upon hearing the news of the serious collision between a military helicopter and American Eagle Flight 5342 during its approach to Washington, D.C., as well as the recent crash of a small jet near Philadelphia, the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has sent a Letter of Condolence to Mr. Christopher Rocheleau, Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
