Vietjet and Qazaq Air have officially announced a strategic partnership to launch a new airline brand, VietjetQazaqstan, at the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Roundtable. The event was held in the presence of Vietnamese General Secretary To Lam as part of his state visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 19th April 2025, passengers on Vietnam Airlines flights between Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City - Van Don will check in at Terminal T3.
According to the Vietnamese Government Portal, at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed Ali, and his spouse are paying an official visit to Vietnam and attending the 4th P4G Summit (Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030) from April 14 to 17.
April 9, 2025 — Hanoi — Viet Nam and France have reaffirmed their strong ties in civil aviation through the signing of Annex VI to the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam (CAAV) and the French Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC).
